We are Kaale and Kaale Advisors Private Limited (“Kaale & Kaale”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a private limited company incorporated in India, having its registered office at WeWork Galaxy, 43, Residency Road, Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560025.

The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), with the seat and venue of arbitration being Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties.

EXCEPTIONS

The above arbitration provisions shall not apply to disputes involving the enforcement or protection of intellectual property rights, claims for injunctive relief, or disputes arising from allegations of fraud, theft, or unauthorised use.
